SALMON'S TRANSFER

An award-winning moving company, Salmon’s Transfer has been distinguishing itself for years, having received some of the highest achievement awards in the business.

Salmon’s has twice been the recipient of the prestigious National Quality Award. Presented by Atlas Van Lines ( Canada) Ltd. to only 1 agent in Canada each year, this important honor was bestowed upon Salmon’s in 1996 and 2005 and is based on 3 determining factors: customer feedback (65%), claims ratio (20%) and operations (15%). The National Packing Award is likewise presented to 1 agent in Canada each year and is based on customer feedback and claims ratio. Salmon’s was singled out for this award in 2003 and 2005.

The Supplemental Fleet ─ Regional Quality Award is based on the same criteria as the National Quality Award and includes miles driven. The pool of participants is regional rather than national and Guy Maxwell of Salmon’s Transfer has been the recipient on several occasions.

Guy Maxwell has also distinguished himself, along with Carl Besemer of Salmon’s, by winning the Safe Driving Award in 2004 and 2005. Presented by Atlas Van Lines Inc., this award is based on a specific number of miles driven without accident or ticket.

Excelling in the area of sales as well, Salmon’s Transfer has earned the Agent Sales Achievement Award for 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2005.
