Should any damage result from the move by Salmon's staff, it will either be replaced or repaired within the shortest possible time, within the limits of our coverage described here in:

All shipments are subject to the National Bill of Lading released rate for this industry unless additional coverage is declared and a premium paid, client shipments are valued at $ 0.60 per lb per article (i.e. A 200 lb desk is covered for 200 lbs x $ 0.60 per lb = $ 120.00). This is very basic coverage and comes at no extra cost to the consumer.

For additional protection, up to the replacement value of items to cover physical damage, clients should declare the full value of their shipment and there would be an additional cost of $3.00 per $1,000.00 of declared value (i.e. a shipment worth a total of $20,000 divided by $1,000 x $3.00 per $1,000 = $60.00). If additional protection is desired, please advise Salmon’s as to the amount required. There is a minimum charge of $45.00 for Replacement Value Protection.

Total value on any truck should be limited to $ 100,000 or less. So if there are any items of extra ordinary value, please point them out to the moving representative.
